  • Construction, equipment and functioning of greenhouses (covering and construction materials, greenhouse physics, heating, ventilation, cooling, shading, irrigation, fog, CO2 enrichment, climate control systems, mechanical equipment, internal constructions etc).
  • Using computational fluid dynamics (CFD) to improve the design of agriculture buildings.
  • Hydroponic systems (setup, equipment, design).
  • Energy technologies in agriculture with emphasis in energy savings and in the use of renewable energy sources in agriculture buildings.
  • Facilities for postharvest treatment of agricultural products (storage installations, refrigeration rooms, packaging equipment, drying installations).
  • Distance learning in greenhouse technologies and in energy in agriculture.
